Please allow me to take a couple minutes to express my appreciation
for everyone that has been involved with our transition to Mpower.
My company, Vital Imaging, made a financial decision to migrate
to another telecommunications company. As phone and data service
are mission critical to my company, I specifically choose a CLEC
because I wanted a smaller company that would work with me personally.
A company with whom I could develop a relationship with.
That company is Mpower and I am extremely pleased.
From the beginning, the local technical sales person did onsite
evaluations to help me sort out the existing mess to help me figure
out what I needed. Twice. We had been oversold (some locations had
4 T-1's) and under documented. They were able to get the orders
sorted out and make sure the initial contracts were appropriate
and correct.
Most importantly I also want to express my sincere appreciation
to the transition group. Truly a remarkable, competent group of
people. Andy Baker has been especially knowledgeable, patient and
thorough. The number of variable involved in these kinds of transfers
require the attention to detail and problem solving skills that
he is so obviously skilled at.
Last but not least, I would like to thank the folks at Optidial
who brought Mpower and Vital Imaging together.
I especially appreciate the "We" have a problem and are
going to get it fixed as opposed to the usual "You" have
a problem attitude. It's a rare company that not only works as a
team, but also includes its customers as part of that team.

I have
been a customer of Optidial Communications since 1996. Initially
I signed up with just the long distance service. As my company grew
so did my telecommunications needs. I called Steve Smith, with Optidial,
and he recommended the right products and services to fit my specific
needs. Now I have an integrated T-1 that covers all of my telecommunications
needs, Local, Long Distance and Internet Service with Optidial.
Not
only am I saving money with Optidial, I also feel like they truly
care about me. I'm not just a number. When I call up I get personalized
customer service. I don't have to deal with long hold times, being
transferred to numerous departments (or voicemails) or talk with
several different people.
I would
strongly recommend Optidial Communication to any business in need
of high quality telecommunications services.

When
it comes to telecommunication, Optidial Communication is all you
need. Our phone service is extremely important to us so we were
very concerned about picking the right carrier. We have many phone
lines (about 50) so cost was also a big factor. However, we didn't
want to sign up with just some "fly by night company"
that would soon be out of business. What we really needed was an
economical but reliable provider. We just didn't know how to find
those answers. Optidial did a full cost-analysis based on our company
needs and made their recommendation. The right recommendations!
We
have been with Optidial since July 2002. Since the local service
worked so well we started using their long distance about a year
ago and just recently added Nextel as our cellular service. I don't
know why we waited so long! They have been on the money with everything
they have recommended.
I would
highly recommend Optidial to anyone interested in high quality professional
telecom services.
